About the Role

An opportunity to join a respected disputes team, working across a broad range of property litigation matters for a diverse client base including developers, landowners, and commercial clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing a varied caseload of property litigation matters including lease disputes, dilapidations, and possession claims

  • Advising clients on commercial property and contractual disputes

  • Handling matters such as forfeiture, rent recovery, and breach of covenant claims

  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver joined-up advice

  • Managing files efficiently, including time recording and billing

  • Supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships
