Our career coaching service provides focused, one-to-one support for individuals outside our core recruitment specialisms. It exists in response to consistent demand from graduates, career switchers and professionals seeking clear, practical guidance delivered properly, without false promises or generic advice.

This is a paid, bookable service, deliberately structured and time-bound. It is not a recruitment or placement offering, and it does not replace our specialist candidate representation.

For candidates we actively represent within our specialist sectors, interview preparation and CV support are provided as part of our standard service.

The Session

Each coaching engagement is delivered as a single, structured 60-minute session, supported by preparation and follow-up.

Before the session

Your CV is submitted in advance

Reviewed and annotated ahead of the meeting to ensure time is used effectively

During the session

30–40 minutes of interview preparation and discussion

A tailored mock interview aligned to your experience and direction

Constructive, real-time feedback on communication, structure and positioning

After the session

Clear verbal feedback and practical next steps

A CV walkthrough (approximately 10 minutes)

Provision of a proven CV template to support ongoing applications

What This Service Is (and Isn't)

This service is designed to strengthen your preparation, sharpen your interview performance and improve how you present yourself to employers.

It does not include job placement, employer introductions or representation, and it is not intended for high-volume job applications or last-minute interview preparation.
