About the Role

A senior role within a well-regarded Private Client team, advising high-net-worth individuals on a broad range of matters including estate planning and trusts.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Advising on wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning

  • Drafting key legal documents including wills, LPAs, and trust structures

  • Managing estate administration and probate processes

  • Administering trusts and handling HMRC compliance

  • Supervising junior team members

  • Supporting business development and client growth
