About the Role

Reporting into senior leadership, this role offers the opportunity to work across both tax compliance and advisory for a high-quality portfolio of entrepreneurial businesses and high-net-worth individuals across the region.

You’ll be involved in delivering a broad range of work, combining core compliance with more value-added advisory, giving you exposure to varied and often complex client scenarios. The client base is dynamic and commercially driven, offering an engaging mix of work beyond routine delivery.

The firm places a strong emphasis on innovation, with modern systems and technology embedded into day-to-day processes to improve efficiency and enhance client service.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Advising clients across a broad range of personal, business, and tax matters, delivering clear and commercially focused guidance

  • Overseeing the delivery of private client tax compliance across your portfolio

  • Allocating work effectively across the team, managing deadlines and ensuring high-quality output

  • Reviewing work prepared by junior team members, providing constructive feedback and support

  • Supporting on a range of tax advisory projects, including income tax, capital gains tax, and inheritance tax planning

  • Researching complex technical tax matters and supporting senior stakeholders with insights and recommendations

  • Acting as a key point of contact within the team, sharing updates and ensuring effective communication across the wider business

  • Providing guidance, training, and ongoing support to colleagues across both the tax team and wider firm

  • Delivering internal tax training sessions to enhance overall capability and knowledge

  • Attending client meetings and representing the firm at external events where appropriate

  • Contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture, sharing ideas and best practice

  • Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and overall service delivery

  • Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge through ongoing CPD and awareness of industry developments
