About the Role

This is a great opportunity for a Paralegal to join a busy Real Estate team, supporting on a wide range of commercial property transactions.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full transaction lifecycle, working closely with fee earners and playing an important role in progressing matters efficiently. The role offers strong exposure and development within a high-performing team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting on commercial property and investment transactions from instruction through to completion

  • Drafting and amending key legal documents including leases, transfers, and reports on title

  • Assisting with larger portfolio transactions where required

  • Carrying out property searches and title due diligence

  • Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications

  • Managing transaction checklists and maintaining accurate case records

  • Liaising with clients and third parties including lenders, agents, and solicitors

  • Supporting completions, including financial statements and post-completion filings

  • Monitoring key dates and ensuring deadlines are met
