About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to support a highly experienced property lawyer working on high-end residential transactions.

You’ll gain exposure to a premium client base and more complex, high-value matters, developing your technical skills in a quality-driven environment. Working closely with an experienced practitioner, you’ll play a key role in supporting transactions while gradually building the confidence and capability to take on more responsibility over time.

This is a long-term opportunity, offering a clear pathway to develop into a more senior, fee-earning role as the practice continues to grow.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting on high-value residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion

  • Assisting with the preparation and review of contracts, title documents, and reports

  • Carrying out title checks, searches, and due diligence on properties

  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors throughout the transaction process

  • Managing documentation and maintaining well-organised case files

  • Assisting with exchange and completion processes

  • Supporting post-completion matters including Land Registry submissions

  • Providing a high level of client care in line with a premium service offering

  • Gradually taking on increased responsibility as experience develops
