About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to support a highly experienced property lawyer working on high-end residential transactions.
You’ll gain exposure to a premium client base and more complex, high-value matters, developing your technical skills in a quality-driven environment. Working closely with an experienced practitioner, you’ll play a key role in supporting transactions while gradually building the confidence and capability to take on more responsibility over time.
This is a long-term opportunity, offering a clear pathway to develop into a more senior, fee-earning role as the practice continues to grow.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting on high-value residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
Assisting with the preparation and review of contracts, title documents, and reports
Carrying out title checks, searches, and due diligence on properties
Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors throughout the transaction process
Managing documentation and maintaining well-organised case files
Assisting with exchange and completion processes
Supporting post-completion matters including Land Registry submissions
Providing a high level of client care in line with a premium service offering
Gradually taking on increased responsibility as experience develops
