About the Role
This is a key support role within a busy Commercial Property team, offering the opportunity to work closely with fee earners and play an integral part in the smooth progression of matters.
The role would suit both experienced Legal Secretaries and those looking to further develop their skills within a professional and fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing high-quality typing support, including audio and copy typing
Preparing, formatting, and amending legal documents and correspondence
Managing filing systems and ensuring matter records are up to date
Acting as a professional point of contact for clients and third parties
Coordinating diaries, meetings, and appointments
Supporting file administration, including opening matters and preparing bundles
Assisting with billing preparation and general administrative support
Anticipating the needs of fee earners and supporting workflow proactively
