About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a growing and ambitious firm with an established pipeline of work.

You’ll manage your own caseload within a supportive environment, benefiting from strong existing referral channels and a consistent flow of instructions. The role offers a high level of autonomy, making it well suited to someone who is confident managing files end-to-end and looking to develop within a business that is actively growing.

With expansion plans in place, there is also genuine scope for progression and increased responsibility over time.

What You'll Be Doing


  • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion

  • Handling transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity

  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors throughout the transaction process

  • Preparing and reviewing contracts, title documents, and reports on title

  • Conducting searches and managing enquiries through to exchange and completion

  • Ensuring all files are managed in line with regulatory requirements and internal processes

  • Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of service

  • Managing deadlines effectively and progressing matters in a timely manner
