About the Role
Join a well-regarded Employment team within a growing commercial firm, working closely with an established client base on a mix of advisory, contentious, and transactional matters.
This role offers strong client exposure, involvement in high-quality work, and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the department.
What You'll Be Doing
Advising clients on a wide range of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious
Supporting on employment aspects of corporate transactions
Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
Representing clients in Employment Tribunal matters and negotiations
Building relationships with clients and referrers to support growth
Keeping up to date with legislative developments and best practice
