About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor to join a specialist Credit Hire team within a fast-paced and growing firm.

You’ll work on a high-volume caseload of litigated and pre-litigated matters, gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of claims. The role offers strong autonomy, allowing you to manage your own files while benefiting from the support of an experienced and collaborative team.
With a focus on quality and efficiency, this position is well suited to someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is looking to develop their expertise within a well-established and expanding practice area.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing a caseload of credit hire matters from instruction through to resolution

  • Handling both pre-litigated and litigated claims, including progressing matters through the court process where required

  • Reviewing evidence, assessing liability, and advising on prospects of success

  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other key legal documents

  • Negotiating settlements and engaging with third parties to achieve commercially favourable outcomes

  • Maintaining accurate file management and ensuring compliance with internal processes and deadlines

  • Liaising with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to provide clear and timely updates

  • Working to performance targets within a structured, high-volume environment
