About the Role

This is a key role within the corporate tax team, offering the opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio while playing a central role in delivering high-quality advisory and compliance services.

You’ll manage client relationships, oversee the delivery of work, and provide clear, commercially focused tax advice across a range of areas. The role also involves leading and developing team members, ensuring consistent quality and supporting ongoing growth.

With the firm continuing to expand, this position offers strong progression potential and the opportunity to contribute to the wider success of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the technical review of complex corporate tax computations, ensuring high standards of delivery

  • Providing training, mentoring, and formal line management to Tax Seniors, Assistant Managers, and trainees

  • Managing workflow, recoveries, and billing across your portfolio

  • Delivering and supporting proactive tax planning and advisory work for clients

  • Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to deliver a joined-up service

  • Playing an active role in recruitment and team development initiatives
