About the Role

This role offers the chance to step into a more senior position within a growing corporate tax team, combining technical delivery with increased client responsibility.

You’ll work across both compliance and advisory, supporting a varied portfolio of clients and gaining exposure to more complex tax matters. Alongside managing your own workload, you’ll begin to take on more responsibility for reviewing work and supporting junior colleagues.

With clear progression opportunities, this role is well suited to someone looking to move towards a managerial position.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Reviewing more complex corporate tax computations prepared by junior team members, ensuring technical accuracy and quality

  • Providing training, mentoring, and day-to-day support to Tax Assistants and Tax Seniors

  • Monitoring workflow, recoveries, and billing across your client portfolio

  • Supporting the delivery of tax planning advice, identifying opportunities to add value to clients

  • Liaising with clients and internal teams to deliver a seamless corporate tax compliance and advisory service

  • Contributing to team growth through involvement in recruitment, including graduate intake programmes
