About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly active and well-regarded Corporate team, working on a broad range of transactions for an impressive and diverse client base.
You’ll be part of a team that consistently delivers a high volume of deals across multiple sectors, offering strong exposure to quality transactional work. What You'll Be Doing
Managing your own caseload of corporate transactions and advisory work
Supporting on larger and more complex deals within the team
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional and governance documents
Working with a varied client base including owner-managed businesses, corporates, and investors
Building and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships
Delivering a high standard of client service across all matters
Supervising and supporting junior team members
Contributing to wider business development activity
