About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly active and well-regarded Corporate team, working on a broad range of transactions for an impressive and diverse client base.

You’ll be part of a team that consistently delivers a high volume of deals across multiple sectors, offering strong exposure to quality transactional work. The role combines hands-on responsibility with the support of experienced colleagues, making it ideal for someone looking to develop their career within a fast-paced and commercially focused environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing your own caseload of corporate transactions and advisory work

  • Supporting on larger and more complex deals within the team

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional and governance documents

  • Working with a varied client base including owner-managed businesses, corporates, and investors

  • Building and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships

  • Delivering a high standard of client service across all matters

  • Supervising and supporting junior team members

  • Contributing to wider business development activity
