About the Role

A key role within a high-performing Corporate team, advising on transactions for a varied client base including SMEs and larger businesses.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Advising on M&A, disposals, and corporate transactions

  • Supporting management buy-outs and refinancing deals

  • Handling group restructures and share buybacks

  • Working closely with clients and internal teams

  • Supporting business development and client growth
