About the Role

Join a growing Construction team working across contentious matters within sectors such as construction, engineering, and energy. This role offers strong exposure to complex disputes and high-quality clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handling a caseload of construction disputes including adjudication, litigation, and arbitration

  • Advising on professional negligence claims involving construction professionals

  • Supporting alternative dispute resolution processes including mediation

  • Managing files from instruction through to resolution

  • Contributing to business development and client growth
