About the Role
This role is suited to an experienced accountant looking to take ownership of a varied portfolio while playing a key role in delivering high-quality client work.
You’ll be responsible for preparing and reviewing a range of accounting outputs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with relevant standards. Alongside overseeing client accounts, tax, and broader financial requirements, you’ll act as a key point of contact building strong, trusted relationships and delivering a consistently high level of service.
There will be regular exposure to more complex assignments, giving you the opportunity to apply your technical expertise and provide clear, practical advice to clients and colleagues alike.

What You'll Be Doing
Delivering accurate, well-prepared management accounts, including clear reconciliations and insightful commentary
Preparing and reviewing VAT returns and supporting working papers, including more complex areas
Taking ownership of year-end and statutory accounts from start to finish, ensuring full compliance with legal requirements
Producing corporation tax computations for straightforward cases and supporting on more complex assignments
Identifying how changes in a client’s business may impact tax positions, proactively flagging risks and opportunities
