About the Role

This is a senior leadership position for an experienced accounts professional looking to take on a strategic and client-facing role.

You’ll be responsible for leading a significant portfolio, driving growth, and contributing to the overall direction of the firm. The role combines high-level client advisory, team leadership, and business development, offering the opportunity to shape both client outcomes and internal strategy.

As part of the leadership team, you’ll have a visible and influential role in the continued success and expansion of the firm.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Acting as a lead relationship manager for a portfolio of key clients, maintaining strong and trusted partnerships

  • Leading client meetings and providing high-level commercial and financial advice

  • Overseeing and approving fees across your portfolio

  • Signing off accounts, returns, and key deliverables in line with regulatory requirements

  • Setting objectives for direct reports, supporting their development, and monitoring performance against targets

  • Contributing to team growth through recruitment and wider people management responsibilities

  • Building and leveraging your professional network to generate new business opportunities
