About the Role
This is a senior leadership position for an experienced accounts professional looking to take on a strategic and client-facing role.
You’ll be responsible for leading a significant portfolio, driving growth, and contributing to the overall direction of the firm. The role combines high-level client advisory, team leadership, and business development, offering the opportunity to shape both client outcomes and internal strategy.

What You'll Be Doing
Acting as a lead relationship manager for a portfolio of key clients, maintaining strong and trusted partnerships
Leading client meetings and providing high-level commercial and financial advice
Overseeing and approving fees across your portfolio
Signing off accounts, returns, and key deliverables in line with regulatory requirements
Setting objectives for direct reports, supporting their development, and monitoring performance against targets
Contributing to team growth through recruitment and wider people management responsibilities
Building and leveraging your professional network to generate new business opportunities
