About the Role

This is a varied and hands-on role within a small but growing team, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients and getting involved across a broad range of tax and advisory work.

You’ll support a portfolio of owner-managed businesses and individuals, delivering personal tax compliance alongside wider advisory support. The role offers excellent exposure to different aspects of tax and business advisory, making it well suited to someone looking to broaden their experience beyond a siloed role.

Given the size of the team, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, build strong client relationships, and contribute directly to the firm’s continued growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing personal tax compliance for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and timely submission

  • Supporting clients with a range of tax matters, including income tax, capital gains tax, and general advisory queries

  • Working closely with owner-managed businesses, providing practical guidance to support their financial position and decision-making

  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building strong and lasting relationships

  • Assisting with broader tax and business advisory work as required

  • Identifying opportunities to add value to clients, proactively flagging tax considerations and planning opportunities

  • Supporting the wider team across accounts and general practice work where needed

  • Keeping up to date with changes in tax legislation and applying this knowledge in client work

  • Contributing to a collaborative, flexible team environment within a growing firm
